Returns and refunds policy

1. Right to withdraw from the contract
   The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

2. Return procedure

   The goods should be sent to the following address: ul. Teofila Firlika 44, 71-637 Szczecin, Poland.

3. Return Policy
   Returned goods must not show any signs of use and must be returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.

4. Refund
   The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the same bank account from which the payment was made, unless the customer indicates another method of refund.

5. Return costs
   The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to our fault (e.g. sending the wrong or damaged product).

6. Complaints
   If you have a complaint, please contact us by email or phone. We will review all complaints within 14 days.
